  Yeah, it is 15€/year without VAT. This is Europe and IP addresses are scarce and not free, plus Spain is a pretty expensive market compared to for example NL/DE/FR.

  A little more than 1€/month is very cheap here in Spain. Most providers are charging 10 times more than that.
