BuyVM Affiliate Withdrawal Request Ignored for Nearly 6 Months – Still No Response (#901626)

powerspowers Member

Hi @Francisco
I'm hoping to get some visibility on this since I've had zero luck through tickets, live chat, and Discord.
I have a single affiliate withdrawal reward that's been pending since February — that's almost six months now — and in all this time, not a single ticket or email has been picked up or replied to by anyone on the team.
Since the original ticket went unanswered, I've had to open several follow-up tickets over the months just trying to get someone's attention. Here's the list, none of which have received any staff reply:

901626 – Open (latest follow-up)

995007 – Open (follow-up)

503500 – Open (follow-up)

892891 – Open (follow-up)

391973 – Customer-Reply

568210 – Closed (no resolution)

734642 – Closed (no resolution)

I've tried every channel available — support tickets, email, live chat, Discord, and now here on the forum — and have not received a single response in nearly half a year. I understand things can get busy, but total silence for this long on a paid-out reward is pretty rough.
Could someone from the team please take a look and let me know what's happening? Happy to provide any additional info needed. Thanks in advance.

Why would you have multiple tickets in an open state simultaneously? Just follow-up one weekly?

  • rpqurpqu Member

    That's 4.5-5.5 months. Screenshot?

when they ignore you for 6 months, you kind of try more than just a new reply to an ignored ticket.

You can tag @Francisco . I think they do them in batches and not on request nowadays, I think my last one I waited a bit (maybe a month?).

Is 1 not enough just to reply?

everybody super concerned about number of tickets, who cares if no response for 6 months. oh sorry 5.5 months. fuckin let lol.

  • Interesting. He sells 2c 8g for $34/m and doesn't have $60 to pay affiliate?

    huh

  • rpqurpqu Member

Yeah, isn't that the reason why hosts looking for buyvm? Buyvm is so famous, I know it for the first time not from here, not from reddit, X, or other social media

    OP isn't wrong.

Akash & I haven't been on top of it as much this year. We've done I think 1 or 2 draw outs this year, but we were very consistent with it almost always being the week of the 20th prior. That's on us.

I'll get on his butt and get things rolling out this/next week and make sure we get back on a proper schedule.

It always shocks me that there’s been so many tickets regarding slow Aff payments.

Swift payouts will only encourage the affiliate to push the hosts company more?

It always shocks me providers are so laxidasical about paying out money owed for referrals brought their way.

Should have redflagged as incompetence and moved on after the second request without response.

Yeah, honestly I'm always interested in what's up on the backend. Some sort of company bureaucracy? Takes 2 mins to payout affiliates if it's over PayPal. I've always paid out in minutes.

Thanks so much for the quick help, @Francisco ! You submitted a ticket on my behalf over at Cloudzy, and I'm happy to report the payment has already come through today.

Really appreciate you stepping in and getting this sorted after months of silence. Marking this as resolved — thanks again!
