  I think you are realistically going to struggle on this in the UK
  We Offer amd ryzen / Epyc VPS's but Unfortunately bandwidth doesn't grow on tree's

  Finding unmetered bandwidth on a 1 Gbps port for £5 in the UK is going to be tough. Most providers will limit you to 1TB–2TB at that price point.
