The situation just keeps getting worse. My website is intermittently up and down, and SSH access has been completely unreachable for a while now. I've opened tickets and gotten no response for a long time.
I understand they might be dealing with some underlying problems, but the complete lack of any solution or communication is really disappointing. At this point I've decided not to renew any of my subscriptions with them.

The storage servers have had some problems with the kernel and disks. This should have been reported via email and on the status page. The situation currently seems under control.

Fortunately, it was resolved with very limited damage.
I'd like to point out that our storage servers have had a 99.8% uptime since November.
