    I bought this server before their policy change and their rep at that time assured that they'd allow for older orders. Now they're not allowing full transfers but they said they'd allow transfer of my whole account by transferring my email.

    Pretty sure they don't allow transfers. They didn't allow me to transfer mine (16GB RAM, 8 AMD vCPU, 200GB SSD).

    Also fairly sure transferring entire accounts is against LET rules

    I thought if the provider suggested it as the only way of transfer it must be okay. But if it's not then apologies and I'll close this discussion.

    you got it through the LET-community so give it back to the LET-communty. Ask for $5 and its ok. It made you happy, now make someone other happy or leave the LET-communty
