u should be more specific....specify location, approx budget (for someone $10/m it will be expensive..... someone else will pay $750/m and think he got the best deal on the planet).
It looks more like you just copied some dedi plan title because the e5-2680v4 is quite old CPU with Intel launch date back in 2016
