I don't even remember why your host rep/patron provider got suspended. Was it nulled license or something?

As an existing customer, I do get the point about ending VPS services.

What about honoring commitment of existing customers who paid for an entire year?

so far we haven't received refund or remaining services.

Iirc there was something about an unpaid server, but there was shit about downtime and no reaction at the same time as well. 🤷‍♂️
