DartNode broke its promise after 3 weeks of ticket ping-pong

Hi everyone, I’m new to LET, so please let me know if this is the wrong section.

During DartDay, I stayed in the queue for around 8 hours, but the queue got stuck and the event was later paused.

I opened a ticket, and Adam clearly told me he could recreate the VPS-3 US South deal for $13.99/yr. I agreed to take US South as originally offered.

After nearly 3 weeks of back-and-forth, Joe now says they cannot replicate the deal and tells me to wait for another sale.

What makes this worse is that DartNode also said on LET that affected users would be taken care of. Now they are refusing to honor both the ticket promise and the public commitment.

This is not about $13.99. It is about trust and keeping your word.

Is this acceptable behavior from a provider?
