I'll be happy if I found a reliable provider from DataPacket or M247 in Dubai, UAE. (Only M247 or DataPacket) with a good network port
Only ones I know are https://justhost.ru and https://4vps.su which for UAE.
Lightnode has some of those locations, but not sure if they’re geolocated

Worst choice of location. The ping to EU is essentially sub 100ms, but the selection and
quality is largely increased. Unless you need to host some super specific project, like a game server or a trading platform, that cannot tolerate 100ms ping, just host in EU.
