someone slap these guys with some antitrust shit please.
So, EIG is expanding their wing now? Nice to know that. Who would be purchased by EIG next time?
GoDaddy, Marcaria, LeaseWeb... Who knows?
I would have thought Directi/ResellerClub/Big Rock et al were too big to be bought up into a bigger company.
Let's see if this'll affect prices. I hope it does; for the better.
EIG buying GoDaddy would be like Yahoo buying Google. Neither are small companies, but GoDaddy is way, way bigger.

Hope this will bring better deal. I have been their reseller for more than 10 years.
wherever EIG goes, they mess up everything
oh my... didn't knew so many companies EIG owns... !! only knew few of them it owns... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endurance_International_Group
Yeah I hope they don't mess it up... I might need to look elsewhere though to register clients' domains should they end up fubaring.
That is an incomplete list because EIG usually don't announce after acquiring a company because of their poor reputation. It's just their money which talks.Hostgator & several other brands which used to superb have gone worst & worst after being flushed down the EIG toilet.
Ya! I too came too see it few days ago on Wikipedia
And this is not a very good news...
Shame. I would have preferred them to stay independent, as EIG is big enough as it is.
And now @jarland can access my domains :-(
100 million is a good sum of money and I think all brands run separately from each other
i hope EIG will not do like they have done to hostgator,,
How about CC
Why cant they just do it properly? Its not like they are going to loose anything.. If anything, the opposite
I think maintaining a big hosting company is not easy at first.Domain registration companies are much easier to handle ,so I do not think much will change.
