Requirements:
- Real residential ISP (MyRepublic, Biznet or CBN preferred)
- WireGuard
- Residential IP (static preferred, dynamic acceptable if stable)
- Suitable for long-term use
- Budget: up to USD 20/month
I am NOT looking for:
- Datacenter VPS
- Residential proxy
- Shared proxy

30 Mbps dedicated bandwidth is enough for me.
My priority is:
Static IP is preferred, but a stable dynamic residential IP is also acceptable.
