I am looking for a VPS physically located in Brazil (Sao Paulo).
Specs and budget are flexible, I am open to any decent offers. However, I have one strict requirement:
Strictly No-KYC / No ID verification.
I can pay via PayPal (or Crypto).

Other than this, I don't think there are any cheap hosts on LET offering Brazil
Maybe Santiago, Chile could work for you?
There are more options available in Chile currently.
You could try https://qnax.sh / https://qnax.com.br. I haven't used them yet but I'm planning to. They are low cost.
You could also try https://4vps.su which appears to be reselling Qnax for Brazil. They definitely don't do KYC.
