Looking for cheap colocation in Europe

I'm looking for cheap colocation options in Europe (central or eastern will be preferred).
For 2 х 1U servers: Dell R640 (2 x Xeon 6136, 2 x 750W PSUs)
Average power consumption: 120–140 kWh per month for each
Also need 1Gbit/s connection with minimum 10Tb traffic.
Average budget 50-60euro per 1U.

Yeah, we're upping pricing on single unit colocation for new customers, as it's a nearly zero-margin business for us and we're usually on a loss with it. We're also no longer honoring that a Dual Gold with 60 cores is only utilizing 100W of power and is never in use, etc. .
PS. I have no idea what your quote was about, I am just giving an example, unrelated to you, but overall - very common.
What is actually included in the base price of €35? I couldn't find any specifications on the website. Meanwhile, I was quoted a price four times higher, considering this isn't even a high-end server. It's 12 cores per CPU, definitely not 60.
