I am looking for a VPS located in Japan with good network optimization to Mainland China.
Requirements:
Location: Japan
Budget: Up to $20/year
Good connectivity and low latency to Mainland China (optimized CN routes preferred)
Any virtualization is acceptable
Long-term stable service is preferred

First of all, CN2 is expensive and it's going to be 100-200GB.
So, I'd recommend @Nube or @AliceNetworks.
@Nube has network tiers, with premium routing that's going to blow your budget by 30x
way too low budget for direct CN connectivity! LET prices isn't compatible with CN direct routing from Tokyo. Sadly!
