  10-20TB is quite the long shot from unmetered. Especially if it's 10Gbit. You might want to specify some kind of budget that since 10-20TB or unmetered will make a drastic difference in price.

  So likely there'll also be some complaints handling involved. Like i said above it's hard to quantify what you are looking for but i have a feeling that it's not going to be overly cheap.

  So let me get this, either you have the rights to publish it or the material is yours right?

  As if none apply, well, it is Illegal to publish it in the first place. Regardless of the type.
