Is anyone else unable to access my.hostcram.com panel?
I cannot open the HostCram management panel my.hostcram.com at all right now, so I’m unable to log in and manage my server.
I’ve emailed their support team for troubleshooting, and I’d like to check if other HostCram users are facing this same outage issue.
Please let me know if your panel is also down, thanks a lot.

Yep, it's down for me as well. Cloudflare error 522. Just wait until it's back up.

The official dashboard link (https://my.hostcram.com/dashboard/login/) is inaccessible. Cloudflare is throwing a 522 error.
I am able to log into https://cloud.hostcram.com/, but my VPS is completely missing from my account list. Instead, the page displays the error message: "Uh oh! We can't reach your node."
and on this page: https://cloud.hostcram.com/nodes, there is a node lost connetction:
It should have been 8 or 9 hours since the outage. I don't know if the administrator went to bed and didn't reply to the email.

mercury node is fine, all data is intact.
I suspect the 10G network card is dead, or the port name has changed.
Finnally , we are waiting!
My business site is on this, lost for more than 10 hours now ..
As per our DC team, there was a switch issue that has now been resolved.
