Need a uncommon hourly based vps provider ANYWHERE outside major IDC locations

Looking for a vps to test hourly since i am looking for a sandbox vps to experiment with

Specs:
VZ Type: KVM only
1c
1GB-512MB
10GB SSD/NVMe
100Mbps-10Gbps @ Capped at 1-5TiB or Unmetered (idc, 1-2TiB is good enough)
Location: Anywhere that is not on but nearby city is fine (no major city like LA or SJC but nearby is ok,) What i mean is by, uncommon citys that are not mainstream but small
DDoS protection: no, t is sandbox

Do not mention Vultr, Digital Ocean, Hetzner, OVH and other mainstream VPS providers since those only have the common mainstream IDC locations like SJC or LA/JP and such.

Japan, Tokyo = Bad
Japan, Ishikari = Good

for providers, do you have a LG and iperf3 test server i can use and what uncommon locations do you offer.
