Budget? Windows license included? Cores shared?

Pricing it out currently. I have a similar server in ashburn, va currently and am paying $48/mo. I provided the license for the VPS in ashburn. I'm actually not sure if the cores are shared in that instance or not but I don't know that it will matter significantly for me if they are if there is a significant savings. Understanding if that is the case would be appreciated.
Hmm, at $48 it's kinda unlikely to be dedicated cores, i guess.
That is sort of what I was thinking as well. I'm not sure how I would find out. Doesn't show anywhere on my dashboard, but I assume that you're correct in that they're shared.
