Terrible experience with Enzonix.

So, I decided to make this post after the terrible service from Enzonix (and later from Terabit).

On the 5th of July 2025 I bought a VPS from Enzonix, but on the 10th of October 2025 I got an email that my services would be transferred at some point (1 - 3 weeks), and another on the 5th of March 2026 saying the migration would start at 12AM CTS on the 5th of March, eventually it did transfer, I knew this by noticing an email from terabit on the 28th of March 2026.
That VPS, however, never worked. And it still doesn't.

I never got my login details either, not for the Terabit customer area or the VPS panel, I had to find out myself what URL the panel uses, and request a password reset on the 31st of March 2026.

Eventually I decided to give up and create a ticket on the 29th of May 2026, since my service would be ending pretty soon. I created this with High priority, which I think is one tier above the default? But after months of issues, creating a ticket asking for a refund, high priority is still too low... (and no response yet)

The 28th of June 2026 pushed me over the edge to make this post, as I got an unpaid invoice reminder... from Enzonix, which has not given me reliable service since the 10th of October 2025 (as I consider a notice that the IP will change a reason to not do anything with the VPS, and the risk of data loss if the migration fails).

I don't understand how a company can end a product line, without (partial) refund like this, not that I really mind it, for the amount it cost, but it does feel like bad business practices.

TLDR:
July 5, 2025: I Bought a VPS from Enzonix.

October 10, 2025: Received migration notification (expected 1–3 weeks).

March 5, 2026: Migration start notification (12AM CTS).

March 28, 2026: Noticed a transfer due to an email from the Terabit panel.

March 31, 2026: Figured out the panel URL and reset my password so I managed to log into the VPS panel.

May 29, 2026: Created High Priority support ticket requesting a refund, without response.

June 28, 2026: Received unpaid invoice reminder from Enzonix for a server that hasn't been usable most of the time, and a service they don't even offer anymore.

  • I think most of the people has had a very bad experience with this enzonix-terabit situation, including myself. My two servers were moved around a few times and ended up on some pretty old hardware. Plus how both sides dealt with it was very disappointing. So I just left both servers to expire.

I would've most likely done the same, the refund ticket was just an attempt, but for 10.8$ it is what it is.

The terabit VPS has never worked, so in that sense, old hardware would be an upgrade.

The unpaid invoice was the cherry on top that made me create this post, if a host decides to move your server to another host because they don't want to do that service anymore, they better not send invoices anymore either.

  • Ya it was a mess sadly. I guess I was lucky coz at least my servers worked. It was just a bit hang in the air, with zero info when this migration will be made.

Yeah, especially galling when the product name includes Ryzen and you're on a crappy 15-year old Xeon instead.

So I just left both servers to expire.

I wish I'd done that with mine. But he posted here promising that the servers would be upgraded to the advertised spec "any day now". 8 months after renewal, the server that the invoice stated "Ryzen" on is still the same crappy Intel.

I won't be suckered in for another year.
