@tarisu's https://tarisu.com/ website is unreachable, before that it showed SSL certificate error message from Cloudflare.

The support ticket (unable to use PayPal to pay for servers) has left unreplied since 26 June.

Dead?

It looks like the virtualizor panel is still accessible at panel.tarisu.com.
The main website completely broken by infinite redirect tho.

    Not a great look. @tarisu

AFAIK PayPal is forbidden in Turkey anyway (for shops, providers, etc.)

We should have a tracker, that checks if providers stopped logging into LET for more than x days.

The only payment methods they offer are PayPal and Stripe. I used to pay with PayPal, but it stopped working with a cryptic error on their side.

The servers are still reachable and working, but I'm afraid they would be deactivated automatically at the end of the paid date, which is soon for my service.

Tomorrow is my payment date, PayPal still doesn't work, with the following error on Tarisu panel side:

Error: The requested action could not be performed, semantically incorrect, or failed business validation.

The panel now works, but still no reply from the tech support. @Tarisu answered here on LET in private once, but that's it.

    Hello there,

We apologize to everyone for the delayed response. We haven't been able to maintain high levels of activity due to the increased workload on the datacenter. There are currently a few issues with the system, and we are working with our team to resolve them. About PayPal, due to Tarisu’s connection to Turkey, we have encountered restrictions on our access to PayPal. We are continuing our discussions regarding this matter. Until there is an update, the Stripe payment method remains active.

Since we experienced another unexpected rush of orders on our clusters, we are getting new servers and actively working to improve our infrastructure so it can provide a better and faster service. During this time, we’ll be celebrating the start of our company’s second year in a big way.

Thank you for your support and interest in our community! We wish everyone all the best in their work.

    Regards,
    Tarisu Limited.
