Not a reseller, but for what it is worth, I have contacted Hostbrr support twice for technical support and once asking to convert my billing from monthly to annual. Two tickets were responded to within 30m-1 hour and another within 4 hours all responded @labze I believe directly.

We're still stretched really thin on the support side, i've not been able to onboard the new guys onto crane tickets yet, they've been tied up with some other bigger migrations.
Stability has been MUCH better since we moved up on Cloudlinux versions, but there is 2 nodes that refuse to take the update.
If you got a ticket or just want to fill me in on your issue I'll see what I can do.
I'll try to do a run through tickets today/tomorrow, been working through the spam upgrades/replacement.
