Hi,
Please be informed that an upstream network upgrade was carried out yesterday to increase our available bandwidth capacity. During the upgrade and cutover process, there were some intermittent connectivity issues.
The short disruption experienced was related to the upgrade, as some network paths had not fully completed the cutover at that time. Our network is now running on dual 1Gbps upstream pipes instead of a single 1Gbps pipe, which provides better capacity and redundancy moving forward.
We are also working toward a 10Gbps network offering within the next few months. Previously, our VPS services were capped at up to 500Mbps, while our current servers are now able to reach approximately 750Mbps, as mentioned in the thread.
Once the 10Gbps upgrade is completed, we will be able to offer even higher bandwidth capacity and improved overall performance.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused during the transition and appreciate your understanding.
