  11 Years 9 Months and Going @TierNet is for sure reliable. During 2021 Covid, they even let my 6 months invoice be unpaid for a few months while i was in recovery . Speaks a lot about a provider's commitment to its loyal customers. Go with them anyone looking for a long term host.

  Haha, I don't think our accounting team would be too happy with me if I officially claimed we have a long-term unpaid balance tolerance! But jokes aside, we absolutely recognize that unexpected events and hardships can happen to anyone. We highly value open communication and transparency with our clients, and we always prefer to treat these unique situations on a case-by-case basis.

  And they really let it run smooth. From the ticket i just saw, I finally paid July that year. It could be a part because of me being with the since 2014 but MAJORLY because of the commitment and human touch they have for clients.

  Except a fire incident once , i've never had any major time in all this period and they are always proactive with the updates and support.
