Need vps Asia <20$/y
Looking for an Asian VPS for proxy use.
Specs: 1 Core / 1GB RAM (enough for my needs).
Bandwidth: 500GB - 1TB on a 1Gbps port (preferred).
Budget: $15 - $20/year.
Note: I know Asia is DMCA-compliant, but I'd prefer a provider that is somewhat lenient or ignores a few DMCA reports a year

Srv4u / @bbmmsvr4u currently have a promo and offer a quite decent cheap VPS. I don't know though about their position on DMCA.

If I may: don't drive yourself crazy trying to please everyone but rather focus on your core.
The true solution of the DMCA problem isn't with providers anyway, it rather is to get rid of the politster scum and oligarchs and getting proper governments (for the people).

DMCA ONLY apply to the US by US law. Not other countries lol or asia

I swear this is the shittiest provider. The terms literally state you can't even use 20% or 30% CPU for an extended period
Then good luck finding another provider at this price point. It's just a personal proxy, it's not gonna consume that much CPU power. I have a xray server running in a shared pterodactyl service at $0.2 per month, and it never reached over 20% CPU utilization at 500Mbps. Next best option I have in mind is karvl at $2/m, billed hourly, but the spec and networking are far inferior compared to GC, so pick your poison🙂.
Edit: you clearly misunderstood the policy. They said that average CPU load must not exceed 30%, and you can peg 100% no more than 10 minutes every 24 hours, read it again.

That is how shared resources work.
I'm pretty sure they mean you may use 30% of allocated CPU resources on average, so using under 30% CPU for an extended period should not lead to suspension.

In any case, I highly doubt Greencloud (365 Group LLC) or previously mentioned Karvl (Perfect International, Inc) is particularly well-suited for "DMCA lenient" proxy use-case, as they are both US based entities.
