First image is excl VAT, the second one is incl VAT. Thought, no VAT percentage presented...
Unless you are a registered business and purchasing b2b, then their checkout assumes you are not and displays the inclusive VAT price.
Even if you are a registered business, you would still pay VAT and then claim it back from the government.
