I'm looking for a reliable VPS provider in Europe (preferred locations: Netherlands, Germany, Bulgaria, or nearby EU countries).
Requirements:
4 vCPU
12 GB RAM
1 TB SSD (NVMe preferred)
Linux (Debian/Ubuntu)
Full root access
IPv4 included (clean ip that is nor targetted as spam is must)
1 Gbps up/down with traffic 5TB or 10TB maximum
budget no problem, just looking reliable service.

Id say our prices are pretty reasonable, especially for what you get. Port speeds, DDOS protection, Support guarantees, etc.
@Alec_Informaten @Max_Informaten had a recent double storage promo, if its still available, you can get a vps with your requirements for 10.71Euro a month
I don't know anyone that does that big of a ssd drive for a vps in EU. Only NA.
Getting a dedicated server might be your best option.
