Sir, LowEndTalk hosts charges 2-4 times so they can make 50-75% off offer. (Except @oloke, @onidel and
-90offpromo code)But, that's normal because RAM and NVME has yet to go down from 3-4× increase
You mean insanely good, right
I do want to make new offers, and hopefully will soon. Gotta get a new website ready first, it is almost done, just gotta find the time.
Probrably the biggest "issue" is sales are booming, likely due to price increases seen at other places. I have a hard time gathering stock for ordinary packages.
But I do have a plan. And I hope to show more next month.
It's so good the write speed plunged

Honest question - why do some sellers post insane deals here? Those alone probably won't make much money, even with volume.
Is it about the goodwill? Being the go-to person for businesses even during non-sales window?
Or more about quick capital raise?
Creates hype, which brings in people who miss the window for the deals.
Think of it like advertising, except instead of paying for a billboard, you pay to host someone's projects at a slight loss.
Not only brr is on pause, hosteroid also. It seems party is over.
You have to start somewhere. Or raise fresh capital for expansion. Or spend money on advertising - and what better advertisement is there than hordes of happy people praising you all over the internet?
All the rest is the same as in every other industry. Some companies manage to thrive, while others go out of business.
Yes. Unless you own /22, $7/y deals is a loss.
Generally, these are the MOs of crazy deals:
1. Filling unused capacity : It's better to have tenants instead of leaving it idling
2. Growth type: Use the prepaid money to get another machine, sell it at 10~20% margin. They rent a full rack, so getting more node online made their margin better.
3. The cheap-overselling host: People shit on contabo but it's usable. These type of hosts is full of abusers, extended swap, OOMers, network ping exceeding 500ms, etc.
But, all these hosts hopes they gained enough steady revenue instead of doing the rat race. Some assert it as product and service introduction

I don't have Blesta directly through them so doubt I am affected.
In any case if this is just customer details then I don't see anything dangerous being leaked. Any legitimate business already have their details publicly available.
I fervently hope the autopilot does not get punctured as in that old movie, that would be a tragedy.

I canceled my last VPS with Hostbrr a few days ago after having spent probably more than 1K over the course of more than 3 years. The downfall can be noticed, and it's really sad. Suffering from success I guess.
Disk performance? or something else?
Just overall staleness. No care at all.
That and some Bit Rot too, maybe. Bit Rot can be a serious digital disease.
Labze are you dropping blesta
please send 3 meters of rope to my address :(
shoutout to those that got this
I don't like giving money to companies that don't respect me.
My translation plugin says you found a cheaper offer ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
