  @tpoll Can you take a look at Ticket #093009? My VPS was stuck in pending... then provisioned in the wrong location... and now I've been given credentials for a VPS that doesn't seem to be turned on.

  You see, the faster your VPS, the stronger its Dust-Collecting Event Horizon.

  Just be aware, a number of the nodes here have insanely high CPU steal (80%+), and if you're unlucky enough to get stuck with a node with high steal, they won't migrate it for you. They can only delete it and give you a new one on another node.

  you get ignored successfully with 88% cpu steal, i hope your vm reincarnation in other node with 0% cpu steal
