My Experience with DartNode – Purchases, Billing & Support Issues
Introduction
I've been a DartNode customer for a while now and wanted to share my honest experience. Unfortunately, it hasn't been great. Here's a breakdown of the issues I've run into.
Issue #1 – Wrong Region Provisioned
I paid for a US-West VPS but was provisioned a US-South machine instead.
I opened a support ticket to get this corrected and ended up going back and forth for a full week before it was finally moved to US-West. For what should have been a straightforward fix, the response time was surprisingly slow.

Issue #2 – Renewal Billing Nightmare (2 Weeks, Still Unresolved)
I tried to renew two of my machines and noticed the invoices didn't match the services I wanted to renew. I opened a ticket clearly explaining which two machines I needed invoiced.
The result? I was told to wait. After 168 hours, both machines were deleted — no invoice was ever generated, and no one clearly explained which invoice corresponded to which machine. This dragged on for two weeks with zero resolution.

Issue #3 – 100GB Disk Vanished After Reinstall (The Most Absurd One)
On my DartDay 2026 Stage 3 – $13.99/yr VPS, after reinstalling the OS via the control panel, the full 100GB disk simply disappeared.
I've already submitted a ticket but have no idea when it'll be resolved.
To make things worse, the control panel is unreliable — every reinstall fails on the first attempt. You always have to reinstall twice to get it to work.

Summary
The pricing is attractive, but the support response times and overall reliability have been disappointing. Hopefully DartNode can improve on these fronts — I'll update this thread if things get better.

Congratulation!
Or
Sorry it happened.
Can you help me resolve Issue #2 and Issue #3?
No what do you expect in a farmer?
#2 There's none you can do. just get replacement machine. You should have open it before dartday.
#3 Try to reinstall again with other OS?
#2 It was initiated before, but it has not been dealt with, and has been pulling.
#3 Tried again — neither Debian 12 nor Ubuntu worked.
LOL. Then it's another patience game. #3 means the installation script borked.
i was slightly doubting the other guy from the big thread, but given what ive read so far, and to some extend experienced myself, im actually inclined to just believe any claim about something involving them
