  GreenCloud (LET top provider 2025) has both Singapore and Japan VPS servers under EPYC Cloud Resource series that meets your requirements and budget.

  Rarecloud also offer Japan VPS with better bandwidth at a similar price range.

  Both providers published the test IPs in their website, so you can test ping time and MTR yourself.

  I checked them all out, but it looks like I’ll probably return to ExtraVM.

  @cloudblast ’s 16GB RAM plan in Hong Kong looks good, but I couldn’t find the exact CPU model and clock speed on their website.
  Also, the bandwidth seems a bit low for my needs.

  According to the answer from their discord, they use EPYC 7663 and EPYC 7713 in Hong Kong.
