1GServers annual server issue: account gone, server gone, no refund or clear explanation

Hi LET community,

I want to post a clearer follow-up about my 1GServers annual dedicated server issue.

This is no longer only about network performance or SSH timeout.

After the previous issues, my 1GServers client account now appears to be gone / inaccessible, and the server is no longer available from my side. The machine I paid for on an annual term is effectively gone, but I have not received a proper refund, prorated refund, or clear written explanation.

Timeline:

  1. I purchased an annual dedicated server from 1GServers.
  2. I experienced repeated service/access issues.
  3. During one incident, SSH/SFTP timed out, my deployed services were inaccessible, and web services returned HTTP 502.
  4. I opened tickets and provided screenshots and test evidence.
  5. 1GServers refused refund and mainly relied on their no-refund policy.
  6. They later said the server looked online from their side and suggested reset/reconfiguration.
  7. I asked for a fair resolution: root-cause explanation, reprovisioning, account credit, or prorated refund for the unused annual term.
  8. Now my client account appears to be removed/inaccessible, and the server I paid for is no longer available from my side.

To be clear, I am not asking to use the service for free. I repeatedly said they could charge me for the time already used. My request was for a fair prorated solution because this was an annual payment and the service was not reliable enough for my use case.

But now the situation is much worse: the annual service appears to have been terminated or removed without a fair refund or clear explanation.

I do not want to post private information publicly, so I am redacting IPs, account details, invoice details, and personal information. I am willing to provide ticket numbers, invoice screenshots, and email history privately to a moderator if needed.

Evidence I have includes:

  • Annual payment / invoice screenshot
  • Support replies refusing refund
  • Support reply suggesting reset/reconfiguration
  • SSH/SFTP timeout screenshot
  • HTTP 502 screenshot
  • My prorated refund request
  • Current evidence that my account/server is no longer accessible from my side

My warning to other buyers:

Be very careful before buying an annual dedicated server from 1GServers. In my experience, once there is a serious service-quality dispute, getting a fair prorated refund or practical resolution is extremely difficult. And now, after the dispute, my account/server is no longer available from my side.

I welcome 1GServers to respond publicly with a clear explanation:

  • Why is my account no longer accessible?
  • What happened to the annual server I paid for?
  • If the service has been terminated, why has the unused annual term not been refunded?
  • Will 1GServers provide a prorated refund or account credit?

Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend 1GServers for annual dedicated servers.

    I experienced repeated service/access issues.

From US right? Because it is not a valid complaint if you get constant timeout through GFW
