Never buy any servers of DartNode.

I have a storage kvm. The console shows that it is online. Vnc can enter, but the IP cannot be connected. I try to configure it through the gateway, IP and subnet mask given to me on the console, but still can't solve the problem. After configuring all the IPs to ChatGPT, tell me that this IP is not bound to the host at all, and there is no second-layer routing.

I submitted ticket #26000, and I got a reply from staff Ifeanyi

"I've linked your ticket to an active support case (Case #89 ) our engineering team is working on. You'll receive updates here as we make progress — no need to follow up separately.

  • ifeanyi"

I continued to wait for four days, but there was no progress on the problem, so I replied to the ticket to inquire about the progress and got another answer.

“ I've looped in our Engineering team since they're best equipped to help with this. Someone from that team will be picking this up shortly — you should hear back within 48 hours.

  • ifeanyi”

I waited for another two days, but the problem was still not solved. I tried to continue to inquire about the progress, but no one replied to the ticket.

It has been seven days since the problem appeared, and no technician has tried to help me deal with it.

During the seven days of waiting, I kept receiving emails from DartNode Network, telling me that my storage kvm IP was on a dns blacklist, so 25 ports were blocked. My IP has not been accessible until now. I don't know how dartnode detects it. Are you fucking serious?

@DartNode FUCK U ALL

    Yeah, this seems pretty similar. I'm beginning to wonder if their inability to provision servers is a lack of IP space, and that is also why I had the problem I had and what OP is dealing with. The fact that I provided a ton of evidence before the abuse reports tells me that they are incapable of fixing my problem. I suspect it isn't incompetence, so that leaves a resource problem as the likely issue.

    they might be busy with their aerospace and defense software... so no time for dartnode users.

    However, they should have IP reserves.

    Any IP that has 38.x.x.x is owned by Cogent. Cogent owns the whole /8

    TBF i have open tickets with them too and I'm not cry about it.

    I wonder if this is because, they got flooded with tickets.
    hmmm....

    IDK man, but I send ticket in at night time in Texas, so I always expect 24H for first reply.

    Maybe they are deadpooling, who knows.
    Maybe MJJ is right for once.

    Yeah man, gotta trust their frustration.

    I just opend MJJ central.
    I searched.
    People said they got a ticket reply after 4 days.

    So just MJJ, being MJJ.

    It took 74 hours for redemption ticket. The answer? Case #... Now it has been 35hours 30 minutes since the last reply. It's GA. I don't ask for immediate attention, because I know they have it though. However, at least give me ETA

    During the seven days of waiting, I kept receiving emails from DartNode Network, telling me that my storage kvm IP was on a dns blacklist, so 25 ports were blocked. My IP has not been accessible until now. I don't know how dartnode detects it. Are you fucking serious?

    @DartNode FUCK U ALL

    @deafcon another one

    Likely, yes. They got 3 /24 on January. So, that's 762 IPs. And, the last sale was 860.
