Don't buy VPS on Rabisu
Hello everyone in my first post. I bought vps from Rabisu, I've seen post here about long waiting time for it, but mine was ready after around 5 minutes. The case here is that they promise 4 vcores of some ryzen cpu 8gb of ram and 60gb storage.

When i got it i must say that it wasn't very bad but when I installed proxmox and saw the amount of ram and the real cpu i was disappointed.

The real cpu is Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6138. The ram? It a weird story its random. Ram amount on image above is 3.77GB but on the image below after restart it is 6.97GB

I already wrote a ticket and i will update the post/add comment after i will get the response. Yea 4 vcores of ryzen cpu and 8gb ram for $5.26 is at least suspicious or too good to be true, but why scam people? Leave your thoughts in the comment and sorry for how the post looks but as i said this is my first post and im new to this.
[Edit 1]
Here is the screenshot of what i bought.

[Edit 2]
I reinstalled the vps to clear debian 13 that they offer.
Here is lscpu and htop:

Also when i go to the statistics on their panel it says that it is intel cpu and that it has 8192mb of ram

Comments
This could indicate memory ballooning.
@oloke yea but when the vps was clear debian server i checked using htop and it was 4.something
i will perform reinstall and post htop here
Even with reinstall, you still need to disable ballooning and it will stay 8GB all the time.
@emperor the htop and lscpu is posted from clean debian 13 install without promox.
Yeah, highly likely.
Exactly this. It's been a while since i've had to deal with such a silly host but iirc it takes blacklisting the ballooning driver.
@OP https://wiki.debian.org/KernelModuleBlacklisting There's no voodoo that'll turn the Xeon into a Ryzen though.
Would not recommend buying from a banned user @Rabisu
also it is interesting how there is still an ad on LET for them.
I've got a respond from them.
And yes. He is right. But why then its says Ryzen on the main page and below that
"Available in 13+ locations globally" with a lot of flags including Bulgarian.
@totally_not_banned i will try to do it tomorrow and i will write a result here.
[Edit 1]
Nevermind i will not check tomorrow

i will if i will get refund or smth because still no answer on the refund ticket.
@concept yea i didn't check i only saw the post about long waiting time for the server. Now they are trying to do anything just to not give me a refund i think i will need to contact stripe.
Ouch seems they really are as unreasonable as they came across in their argument with @dev_vps... I wouldn't be surprised if going the payment processor route would really be your only option here. In the long run you are probably better off this way though.
Selling Xeon as Ryzen, gbit ports that are really just 100mbit + burst and get limited if clients actually use that too much, ballooning and instant suspension when you try to at least where you can remove their dishonesty... Nobody wants to deal with that.
@totally_not_banned yea and thats very sad that there is still their ad here. If i will not see anything about refund i will try to get it with stripe.
