    Im pretty sure my $10 win took my credit lol, I don't remember spending it and it's a perfect -$10 lol.

    Anyone that's gotten the credit, in your billing>transactions, is it green or red like the prorated credit?

    Any updates on the Houston vps disk problems? Hopefully it can be fixed soon

    There's a lot of provisioning and yabs happening. I don't think there will be any relevant results for the next week at least.

    So it's better to wait a bit, and only then, if problem persist, raise a ticket imho.

    Please grow some patience. Especially if you got a heavily discounted $99/yr dedicated server.

    I'm now 100% sure the IP of one of my VPS is deployed to more than one instance. If you're trying to sign in with the user "test", this is why you can't sometimes. I know they're busy, but I opened the ticket for this thing the first day of the event. So far I've got 1 machine that can't be used because whoever else has the IP assigned is fighting me over it (not their fault) and 1 machine with a blacklisted IP. I haven't even messed with the three $7 VPS yet. I'm not real impressed.

    @DartNode I have stopped expecting anything from you now. It has been more than 60 hours, and the free giveaway tickets have still not been replied. Not even a single update or message.

    I understand this is a free giveaway, but free should not mean wasting time. A simple update would have been enough.

    I think there are already more than 400–500 tickets pending, and nothing seems to be moving. It feels like I have wasted my time with dartday sorry to say.

    And if there are issues again in the future, I hope it won't be handled the same way and simply be called "free" as an excuse.
