Seeking High-Performance VPS in Japan for WooCommerce

I’m looking to migrate/deploy a WooCommerce store on a VPS in Japan (Tokyo or Osaka). Since WooCommerce can be quite resource-hungry on the DB side, I’m trying to find a solid setup that won't break the bank.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
- Location: Japan (Tokyo/Osaka)
- CPU: AMD EPYC or equivalent, 4+ cores
- RAM: 8GB+
- Storage: 100GB+ NVMe SSD (IOPS matters)
- Bandwidth: 1TB+ monthly
- IP: 1x IPv4
- Budget: Around $30/mo.
I understand that Japan nodes usually come at a premium, so I am open to semi-annual or annual billing to get better pricing or higher specs.
Quick question for the experts:
Is 4C/8GB RAM a realistic target for a Japan-based VPS at the ~$30/mo price point? Or am I being too optimistic?
