Wait...what? Since when is 2 not considered to be multiple? I did go to public school so maybe I'm a bit slow but in my experience anything more than 1 (which I'm pretty sure 2 is) would be considered multiple. Having one monitor for marbles and another just for chat would have made it a lot easier on him to keep tabs on what was going on. Hell, throw in a third too for even more real estate.

I have no idea what you won, but in Twitch it was stated that every win here is noted and will be handled later. Some patience is needed, because the live stream event took more than 2 days, therefore a bit of rest is needed for the employees, afterwards they will handle the results from this thread.

@DartNode, while the free giveaway is appreciated, concerned about the ticket response time. ticket has been open for over 50 hours without any update. Delays can happen, but the lack of communication makes it difficult to know what to expect. How can customers maintain confidence when there has been no progress or status update provided so far?
My first ticket (win in the stream) was handled in 8 minutes. Second ticket was answered in 1 hour, though not solved, but understandably they have quite a workload right now, so I'm not going to bother them at least this week. Maybe on Monday I ask for an update, if nothing has happened.
And they need to get some sleep too, especially Joe.
Why you sell blacklisted vps? And why not refunded?
My ticket was transferred to the Engineering department with an expected response time of 48 hours, but I have waited three weeks without receiving any reply.
However, the sales department responds very quickly.

Ask for a new IP. They previously had problems with spammers, which they say they solved, but the IPs are on Spamhaus for now. Hopefully they solve that later.

This is not a special deal. I bought a regular one and ask for refund within half an hour.
Oh, and a third ticket which is somewhere in Joe's queue of tickets. But in no hurry with that, so didn't even remember it when writing the previous message.

I've gotta say, waking up to an automated email saying that I need to cleanup my VPS because the IP is blacklisted by spamhaus is a bit disconcerting when the thing was just provisioned yesterday and I haven't done anything but change from ubuntu to debian. I don't care that the IP is blacklisted and I don't need port 25 open, but don't blame me for something some other user did.
Not a complaint BTW. I think what you did was super cool.

I got it too, their already working on getting all the blacklists removed, but I agree that it's pretty shitty. One of the ips is flagged so all 8 of my servers can't use smtp now until they fix it.
