[Chunkserve] Payment done, server not delivered, no support response

I am writing to report an issue with my recent order.
Invoice #6398
Payment Date: 15.06.2026
Amount: 6.9651 USDT (paid via cryptocurrency)
Ticket #TYR-621381
I successfully made the payment, but my invoice still shows as "Unpaid" and I have not received access to my VPS. I opened a support ticket 2 days ago, but have not received any response.
Please check my payment manually and activate my server. I would appreciate a quick resolution to this matter.

As far as I'm aware their lowest priced VPS is €9.99/yr and you've only sent them €6.04, or is your order for a monthly VPS that isn't from that offer?

For yearly deals. For other plans - ie. storage, we have different pricings (on monthly basis).
Server from what I see is activated, mentioned case should be fixed.
Sometimes crypto is not that delayed, but there are some situations where ie. inbound amount differs by some +- 0.01Eur due to conversions and fees - then, we can always accept it manually

Most of them are done automatically, but sometimes there is a case when IE. desired amount is different by a cent, and that is why payment is marked as unpaid - and then I am stepping in
This is not true. Cryptocurrency payments are not working correctly—due to hidden conversion or additional fees, instead of the stated payment of $8, around $10 is being spent due to a glitch.

But what's even more annoying is that you can't pay in one transaction; the bill isn't paid with just one transaction for the exact amount Bitcart charges (I've tried various methods, including BTС, ETH, TRX, USDT but the same thing happens over and over again).
A lot of crypto payments are accepted automatically.
Can you please copy over the transaction hash/invoice ID and share on ticket/dm? The gateway we’re using is relatively fresh there, and I see that closer look is required.

Same here, 3 weeks past, no service, no feedback, no refund - Ticket #YRK-182395 idle since June 4, already generated next month invoice, service was never provided. Think twice before ordering something, looks like this is one-guy operation with very limited support.
Huh, sounds stupid and inconvenient.
I did two crypto payments, both times it worked just fine, w/o any additional transactions or fees.
It was auto processed as well.
