Since the provider put €3 transfer fee, you need to send me €5 first, then I'll send the transfer request & I'll pay xhosts the transfer fee. Once transfer complete, xhosts will send you the renew invoice & you had to pay xhosts to continue to use it.

    the method of the transfer (you -> me) put some markup so the total I receive only 3-4€, while you pay 5.xx € to the said method provider.
