I am looking for a cheap (maximum 30$/month) server with iGPU enabled, in order to run a modest retro cloud gaming (PCSX2 emulation).
Specifically, I need Linux to have /dev/dri/renderD128 available with working VAAPI hardware video encoding, ideally H.264 and H.265, for Sunshine/Moonlight game streaming.
Example of CPU with integrated graphic I am looking for (I may evaluate also older CPU as long as they have integrated graphic exposed):
