If valid, when will the service be manually provisioned to my account?

If it was an incorrect invoice, can you please cancel/refund it?

    Thank you.

I still can't believe somebody would buy a placeholder and be surprised over not getting anything

    That is the fact.

Did you end up getting a reply? Might wanna ask in twitch chat

@DartNode - are these using MicroSD cards for storage? I understand it's just $7 or $10 and the computer parts are hard to find... but such benchmarks won't help you, instead these will create a very bad image for the company.

I can assure you, no microsd card I've ever seen was that slow.

I sat there earlier, and this is not a joke, waiting for 4-5 min to write sysctrl.conf 😂.

But since @yoursunny did an excellent job in providing that information beforehand, I'm not surprised. I just need it for it's network 😄

I haven't received a reply yet; I am waiting for a response to my support ticket or a reply to the manufacturer's post. I didn't try asking in the livestream because I don't understand spoken English—I can only manage to communicate reasonably well through text.

99/year is sold out and there will be no more stock added. Those $250/year and $350/year are VERY aggressive discounts. Paired with the one time upgrade fees after X amount of months your server costs are next to none.

    So that’s it?

You promised the issue would be fixed in 1–2 hours, so I stayed up specifically despite the time difference until 2 a.m. my time — and you still didn’t fix it.

Then, without any written notice whatsoever, you released the $99 dedicated servers?

I played along with this circus for 36 hours, and this is how you treat your supporters?

boohoo mjj lurker with 10 comments, its good you didnt get the $99 dedi.

Of course, you’re free to categorize me into whatever group you want. That’s your freedom.

But I don’t believe that putting me into some category somehow gives you the right to cover up the company’s mistakes.

not everyones a winner. just suck it up and move on buddy

even the cheapest $7 VPS can handle VPN, you don't need $100 dedicated server.

I 100% understand what a honeypot is and I still tried to buy it. The chance they keep your money is basically 0%. The chance the DartNode guys give you something cool is greater than 0%. I'll take those odds every time.

$7/year for VPN? You can even use a NAT for VPN at $3/year — unless you need some dedicated IPv4 or some specific location.
