"Yes"? What does that mean? Does it mean I won't get anything after paying $100? I didn't watch the discussion in the livestream.

Can anyone tell me what the specific conclusion is?

Congratulations for throwing $100 out of the windows.

99/year is sold out and there will be no more stock added. Those $250/year and $350/year are VERY aggressive discounts. Paired with the one time upgrade fees after X amount of months your server costs are next to none.

    So that’s it?

You promised the issue would be fixed in 1–2 hours, so I stayed up specifically despite the time difference until 2 a.m. my time — and you still didn’t fix it.

Then, without any written notice whatsoever, you released the $99 dedicated servers?

I played along with this circus for 36 hours, and this is how you treat your supporters?

This is absolutely outrageous. Even from the worst companies I’ve dealt with, I’ve never seen this level of messing customers around.

This isn’t a matter of good luck or bad luck. If this were an accident caused by nature, I could blame it on luck.
But this is the behavior of a company.
I had a good impression of this provider since last year. I even made a dedicated wishlist because I wanted to buy servers from this company. Now I can cross them off that wishlist, because their behavior has completely destroyed my trust in them.

Grab them before they are gone! Both dedicated deals can be upgraded to anything you want - Just open a ticket with your upgrade preferences. The 250 dollar dedicated breaks down to 20 dollars a month - The one time upgrade fees after just a few months make the costs next to nothing! They will be off the page soon!

I paid Invoice #51873 and received the payment confirmation email, but no service has appeared in my account yet.

The invoice item does not clearly show the actual service name or specs. It only shows “Do not click me, I may be a honey pot,” so I’m concerned this may be an incorrect/placeholder invoice rather than the actual DartDay Dedicated Dropship / Legendary Budget Blaster deal.

I also tried to open a support ticket, but the ticket page appears to be broken. I contacted support by email and was told the NOC team has been looped in and should reply within 24 hours.

Could someone from DartNode please officially confirm:

    Is Invoice #51873 valid?

Does it correspond to the DartDay Dedicated Dropship / Legendary Budget Blaster deal?

If valid, when will the service be manually provisioned to my account?

If it was an incorrect invoice, can you please cancel/refund it?

    Thank you.
