Last night they said just an hour or two would be fine, but I watched the live stream until 3 AM before going to bed. Now they went live with an event without any notice, and I’m really pissed off.

What the hell is wrong with you guys?

I waited 36 hours for you, and even stayed up for two extra hours last night despite the time difference when you paused everything. Fine, you didn’t fix it — whatever. But when you released the $99 servers, could you at least have sent a notice in advance?

I waited 36+ hours and stayed up late, then I only went to grab lunch. When I came back, the $99 servers were already sold out.

What the hell are you doing??? This is ridiculous. You’re basically making fools of your customers.

Idk, I found out ahead of time on the twitch stream.

Can I upgrade my $7 plan to the $13.99 plan?

  • lmoonlmoon Member

I’m absolutely furious. This is simply not something a normal, legitimate business would do.

Goodbye, DartNode. I will never buy anything from you again.

For the $7 yearly Deals it seems the billig period is not correct.
Just created a ticket to solve the issue
Someone with the same issue or is it just me ?

You mean in package description it says /year but on some screen you can see billing period "month"?

At least this is what i reported last night (for another plan) but it was lost in the rumble
    ;-)

  • So how long will it take to deploy? I've already purchased it 24 hours ago, and the progress is still 0/8.

Seems this drop is not popular as almost nobody touching it?
    Why is that, too expensive?

What the hell is wrong with you guys?

I waited 36 hours for you, and even stayed up for two extra hours last night despite the time difference when you paused everything. Fine, you didn’t fix it — whatever. But when you released the $99 servers, could you at least have sent a notice in advance?

I waited 36+ hours and stayed up late, then I only went to grab lunch. When I came back, the $99 servers were already sold out.

What the hell are you doing??? This is ridiculous. You’re basically making fools of your customers.

Idk, I found out ahead of time on the twitch stream.

I was following this thread and their official website, and there was no advance notice whatsoever.

Don’t you think this kind of notice should have been posted in written form on the website?

So what, am I supposed to watch a 36-hour garbage livestream just to get basic information?

Idk... but I won the $99 dedicated server for 1 year for free from that livestream.

It’s a good deal but it’s not upgradable. In my case I have a slightly cheaper config from last BF so this is not as interesting to ne in Houston. Now if they were offering this in Boston, that would be a whole different story.
