    Well, the DartDay stream just ended, and my instance finally finished provisioning after sitting in the "Deploying" limbo for hours.

    I fired up YABS right away, and it turns out Daniel and the team spent the entire budget on building an absolute Ferrari of a network backbone, while leaving the storage to be handled by an ancient floppy disk.

    there could be still provisioning, plus lots of people just got and are testing their serverz. test it a few days later for a better result when everyones idling
