My budget is kind of tight so I'm looking for a budget VPS for my production website not publicly available. I don't want to use the Cloudflare for speed. I'm only using for some API calls.
Budget is $12-20/yr and I need these specs.
- at least 512Mb RAM (LAMP Stack)
- at least 10Gb Storage (I love SSD or faster)
- at least 10Mbps speed
- at least 200Gb monthly data / bandwidth
- 95% uptime (please)
- SG or JP
- accepts Paypal

I think the specs and pricing range is quite good already
For GreenCloud, they are top provider in this forum.
For Karvl.com, I have been with them for a few months, supports are so nice and uptime is SOLID.
You can also try VPS in Malaysia, i think its good as alternative ASEAN location since cheap VPS in SG are quite rare / often Out of Stock Quickly.
