  Got the 13.99$ one, but paypal on my usual bank card were charged then failed the trx (got insufficient fund error). don't know who to blame (paypal, visa or my bank). had to link another card by other bank, with no currency conversions on the way (the 1st bank had same feature but limit which card were linked to the foreign currency acc).

  About the queue, got #1 in queue, wait few seconds, then got in. I think it detect bot & take into account how many came from from the same ASN+country (and maybe vpn detector in any fashion the provider can detect), imo.
