Do something different. Specialize. Target forex traders, adult sites, proxy sites, crypto currency miners, developers, bloggers, VPNs, something, anything, pick a niche.
I think we don't have enough raspberry PI hosters out there, i'd be basically dirt cheap hosting too!

remaining hosts have high chance of survival

If you have a great idea and a passion to back it up, just do it...

I think flappy bird's success was more about just being lucky than having a great idea and passion though.
