That always depends on what you mean by “good.” We think it's good, of course, but there's always room for improvement. Quite a few customers run game servers and are satisfied.
removal of VAT?
We do not have an VAT System currently. But even if we did have one, it wouldn't make any difference in price for the end customer.

We can set the billing cycle manually to yearly for you. Soon it will be automatically possible with a discount.

Your virtual server is currently being built... for Linux, this should take about 3 minutes. With cPanel/WHM, it will take about an hour...

Yes, you can swap anytime to yearly payment. But with a discount bonus it will be automated in a few weeks.
If you have any problems, please raise a ticket. Usually it takes <60s
