VM with Windows OS support

I wanted a VM where trial Windows Server/OS can be installed, no need for license, usage is remote desktop, install MS Team/Zoom, screen share from remote desktop, as mobile providers don't support good upload speed for screen share, I am educator, I teach online, VM shall be 95% IDLE, 5% I may use in 365 days.

Looking for annual plan, like 40 to 60 USD range, lower the cost, good for me at present crisis. 4-6 GB RAM, 40-60 GB SSD, 100 GB bandwidth per month

Location: Prefer Singapure, India or Europe (ed: updated location, budget)

microsoft is not gonna sue some random online teacher in India whos using unlicensed windows to screenshare for his students. Hes not gonna get fired either, highly likely they dont give 2 fucks.

    Also, this is hilarious

it is a freelance stuff, I found @onidel cloud works, they have windows with license, works per hour costing as well, will use onidel until find a VPS for me. Microsoft discontinued support for Team for Linux, else I prefer Ubuntu Desktop.

Your servers are almost perfect and easy choice for anyone. If you figure out bandwidth solution, you'd be my go-to choice :)

    We are trying :(

The reason why its super hard is because we pay for egress multiple times,

Users -> Anycast -> your VM
Users <-> Anycast x Your VM (Cached Query on XDP, A2S, ICMP, ETC)
Users <- Anycast <- your VM

If a user is connecting in from London and your server is in Los Angeles this is there connection path.

    Ingress Path:
User London -> Gatewaysentry AMS PoP -> Gatewaysentry CHI PoP -> Gatewaysentry LAX PoP -> Your VM

    Egress Path:
Your VM -> Gatewaysentry LAX PoP -> Gatewaysentry Chi PoP -> Gatewaysentry AMS PoP -> User London.

With this we optimize both inbound and outbound connections reducing user jitter to as a little as 0.2MS, increasing throughput in UDP/TCP protocols (TCP BBR by Google, Jumbo Frames between PoPs, Interrupt offloads, etc).

But yea, this is the best explanation I can give, we will try to get more Unmetered lines but we reserve majority of our network capacity for DDoS Protection.
