I need a server.
Dual E5-2680 or similar
32gb RAM
8x4TB HDD or 4x8TB + 1TB NVMe + 250gb ssd for OS (amenable if need be)
10gbps with 250-330TB Bandwidth
Will be used for Seedbox public or private. So should be ok with copyright complains. Though so far in our experience there hasn't been much.
What pricing can you offer?
This will be for long term usage and will renewed monthly if service holds up.

Leaseweb is the only one I'd choose.
