It's annoying when people make threads like this and don't reference status pages (https://status.smokyhosts.com/), whether they're talking VPS or shared hosting, location or ticket status.

There is point, It's for awareness. So people can decide whether someone can go with a provider or not.
There was an issue with the virtualizor panel on exactly one server CCVPS4. While the server was up and running, it was unmanageable. We had to coordinate with their support to get it fixed.
